1. Pre-Order Policy

Slice™ is currently offered as a pre-order product. By purchasing during the pre-order phase, you acknowledge that fulfillment and delivery will occur at a future date. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for pre-orders unless the game arrives damaged or defective, as detailed below.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The game set you received is defective or damaged upon arrival.
• The product is returned in its original, sealed, and undamaged packaging.

We do not accept returns for used, opened, or damaged products unless the issue was caused during shipping or manufacturing.

3. Missing Pieces or Components

If your game arrives with missing pieces or components, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send the missing parts at no additional charge. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase and photos of the incomplete set.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• The game is returned sealed in its original packaging.
• The product is undamaged and in resellable condition.
• The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
